Nurture Community Outreach service is a Community Interest Company that has been established by Alice Penfold and Hayley Coombes. The outreach has been set up in response to the need for Early Preventative Services to support young children and their families, in areas of disadvantage in Tunbridge Wells. This need has been highlighted though their work within the community in Showfields, alongside owning The Little Learning Tree Preschools.

Our Priorities are:

1. Improve educational outcomes for young children and their families with a particular focus on:

• Improving mental health and emotional well being

• Increased parental engagement

• Raise Early years children’s development in all areas. In particular the prime areas of the EYFS for Early years

1. Support young children and families with Special educational need and/or disabilities and English as an additional language.

2. To support parents to gain valuable life skills so Children and young people can grow in safe families and communities, free from exposure to Domestic abuse, parental conflict and deprivation.

To enable us to achieve our priorities and purpose, we intend to provide a holistic and individualised approach to supporting families and young children. We will do this by facilitating and providing many courses, groups and support services.
